It's a delight to welcome you on my website.
You will find below my wellbeing services. You are also invited to view my drawings and photographs of my favourite places in Cambridge. Whether you’re planning a visit or already live in Cambridge, I hope these recommendations guide you toward restorative and inspiring places for your own life journey.
I’ve organised this site into three main sections:
Gardens: exploring the power of nature on our wellbeing.
Churches: experiencing the silence and peace within these historic buildings, as well as meeting with welcoming local communities.
Cafes: enjoying the warmth of a flat white (my favourite coffee) whether I am meeting friends and family or simply reading and journaling on my own.
My blog is a collection of short reflections of my sabbatical journey coming from my journaling activities: things I am learning, noticing and practising as I give myself space to slow down. My hope is that these reflections offer you encouragement, inspiration, or simply a calming pause in your day.
What I offer
I accompany people who want to flourish and move through life’s transitions with greater ease. I believe we each carry the inner resources needed for meaningful change, and my role is to help you access them with a creative, tactful, and respectful approach. Together we explore what grounds you, what aligns with your values, and which life‑giving habits can support a more balanced way of living.
May you rediscover contentment, peace, and joy in the everyday.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
What to expect
Working with me means stepping into a space shaped by warmth, clarity, and genuine presence. I honour the whole person — your story, your strengths, your questions, and the parts of you that are still finding their voice. You can expect practical tools, creative prompts, and a coaching relationship that helps you see new possibilities and make grounded meaningful choices.
To unlock your potential, we work together to widen your perspectives and expand the choices available to you. Creativity is often the most effective way to reach this depth, which is why I prefer to meet in person in Cambridge, with some sessions outdoors when possible. Being in nature creates a grounded spacious environment where you can think freely, reconnect with yourself and take steps that feel real and sustainable.
For those who wish to explore it, I also offer space for the spiritual dimension of wellbeing, including Christian perspectives, as part of a holistic and person‑centred approach.
My values
At the heart of my practice are three values that guide everything I do:
Courage — naming what isn’t working and making real changes in your life.
Curiosity — trying new things, exploring new perspectives, and learning from what you do.
Joy — appreciating what you already have while staying excited about what the future may bring.
These values shape the way I work with you: gently, honestly and with a sense of possibility. My aim is to help you feel more grounded, more aligned with what matters, and more able to move forward with confidence.
