ABOUT me

Dr Charlotte Labalette

Wellbeing advocate

Based in Cambridge, UK

I began my sabbatical in October 2025 after 25 years in academic research and biotech, recognising a deep need to pause, reflect, and realign my life around what truly matters. This season has allowed me to deepen my understanding of wellbeing, navigate significant transitions with greater clarity, and strengthen the practices that keep me grounded.

Here, I share the places, reflections, and artworks that have supported my own growth, from restorative gardens and peaceful churches to the cafés where meaningful conversations unfold.

These experiences, rooted in my Christian faith, have shaped the way I now accompany others through their own life challenges.
